This agreement is between [Company Name] ("Zorven") and the person/entity using the service ("User").
2. Account
- Provide accurate information and verify your email.
- You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and API keys; 2FA is recommended.
- You must be 18+ or have your legal guardian's consent.
3. Use of the Service
Use the service only lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. You are solely responsible for the content you tunnel and the services you publish.
4. Billing & Subscriptions
- Paid plans are processed by Paddle (Merchant of Record); invoicing and VAT are handled by Paddle.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- Manage your plan from the Billing page.
5. Availability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the AUP. You may close your account anytime.
7. Intellectual Property
The Zorven brand, software and content belong to their respective owners. Open-source components are under their own licenses.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zorven is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye.
